DinoSmoke BBQ Competition — Uintah County Fair

Teams fire up the smokers at the Western Park Amphitheater for the Uintah County Fair's BBQ competition, with over $5,000 in prizes on the line. Cooking starts Friday evening and runs through Saturday turn-ins. $50 entry fee per team. Register at westernpark.org/uintahcountyfair.
