Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Uintah Reach mobile application and related services (the "App"), operated by Uintah Reach LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login secure.
  • You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date.
  • Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Content you post

The App lets you post listings, jobs, classifieds, events, business details, messages, and photos ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content. By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute Your Content within the App for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

You represent that you have the rights to the content you post and that it does not violate the rights of others.

4. Acceptable use

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Objectionable content includes anything unlawful, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or that promotes violence or discrimination against others. Abusive behavior includes harassing, threatening, stalking, impersonating, or targeting other users.

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Post content that is unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, obscene, or infringing.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.
  • Post spam, scams, or misleading listings, or repeatedly post duplicate content.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
  • Collect or harvest other users' information without their consent.
  • Sell or advertise illegal goods or services, or anything prohibited by applicable law.

You agree to this zero-tolerance policy as a condition of creating an account and posting Your Content. Violations are grounds for immediate removal of the content and suspension or permanent ban of your account, without notice.

5. Listings and transactions

Uintah Reach is a community platform that connects local users. We are not a party to any transaction, sale, hiring, or agreement made between users. We do not verify listings, users, or the quality, safety, or legality of anything posted. You are responsible for exercising caution and good judgment when interacting or transacting with others.

6. Moderation and removal

We may review, moderate, remove, or restrict any content, and suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion — for example, when content violates these Terms or is reported by the community. We are not obligated to monitor all content but reserve the right to do so.

Every user can report objectionable content or another user, and can block abusive users, from within the App. We review reports and act on violations promptly — typically within 24 hours — by removing the content and, where warranted, ejecting the responsible user by suspending or banning their account.

7. Intellectual property

The App, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by Uintah Reach LLC and protected by applicable laws. Except for Your Content, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our permission.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uintah Reach LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the App or from interactions or transactions between users.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see Deleting your account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from within the App: go to Profile → Delete account. To make sure the request is intentional, you'll confirm that you understand the deletion is permanent and then enter a one-time code we email you.

Once confirmed, your account is permanently deleted immediately. This removes your profile and login along with your associated data — including your events, classifieds, jobs, food trucks, and your conversations and messages. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone, and there is no reactivation or recovery period; if you want to use the App again later, you'll need to create a new account.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes may also be communicated within the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
